weight loss?

I had an appointment yesterday and my doctor said I lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks and he does not like that. I understand some weight loss is normal in the first trimester. (Granted I'm not a small women, 5'3" and 190). Has anyone else had this?

I lost 12 pounds since 5 weeks and my doctors don't care. They do tell me to eat and drink anything I can, and worry about being healthy in the second and third trimester.

I'm 9 weeks and overall have lost 3 pounds because of the nausea but my doctor and the nurses are fine with that. A lot of people lose weight in the first trimester.

I'm almost 10 weeks and i've lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks because of the vomiting and nausea. I asked my doctor is she was worried and she told me that many women lose weight in their first trimester. As long as i'm taking my prenatal vitamins and getting some type of food to the baby and staying hydrated that everything will pick up soon. Nothing to worry about.
