At my prenatal appointment today I was asked to come in for my blood screen which was completely optional and I must previously wrote down that I wanted it because my midwife spoke of it like I had already made that decision. Well I have a busy schedule and I guess there are certain time limits for this testing. I ended up turning down all of it... Which the nurse seemed so conflicted by lol. I know I'll love my baby whether or not it has genetic issues but do you think it's a necessary test to do? In my opinion I'm a noninvasive patient... Which it's a noninvasive test but ughh I hate blood work.
