6 weeks and 2 days i am worried!

UPDATE!!! just got out from the E.R they did blood work as for me i am fine and healthy, as for the baby the doctor said at first (before exams) bleeding can be normal but he request ultrasounds (Vaginal and regular) Doctor said he didnt see anything EITHER it's to early and im not 6 weeks, DAYS might be off OR it can be a early miscariage. my hcg at first were 252 now there 625 which at 6 weeks doctor said its too low for 6 weeks. So they cant predict whats next since it's early to see only to watch for any heavy bleeding, pain like contraction or passing tissue. This is very hard to deal with since i dont know what can happend just stay positive!!! God, i just wanted to break down as someone walk out with there baby. I guess i'll i have to do just wait and see 😔
