cramping during pregnancy.

So throughout my pregnancy I've been cramping like every day along with diarreha EVERYDAY. I wake up with bad cramps and go have my poop and it goes away then it happens all through the day. maybe 3 or 2 times in 1 hour. I am 29 weeks pregnant. has anyone ever had this happen? this is my 2nd pregnancy btw.
