No fetal pole at Ultrasound?

I just had my first ultrasound and they told me I measured at just over 6 weeks and could see the yolk sack and everything but couldn't find the fetal pole or heartbeat. I have to go back in a week or so for a repeat Ultrasound. Has this happened to anyone else? How did it turn out? I'm trying not to be too worried

every pregnancy is different, when i went they saw a sac and no fetal pole or heartbeat, I've been back 2 weeks later still nothing then a week later and still nothing but im still doing positive tests through urine and blood so not even the doctors at the hospital know what's going on with it all:( good luck x

My first US was at 5w6d and the tech was really surprised to find a little heart beating at 84! She said it must've just started. Try to remain positive!!

We didn't find a heartbeat at my 6 week US either up until my 7week US try not to stress!

At my first ultrasound I was 8 weeks but my daughter measured at only 6 weeks and the tech was super surprised to find a pole and heartbeat.
