Here's the story...I got the results back for all my tests for Trisomy, SMA, and CF.

I'm a carrier for a CF mutation. I am beyond devastated. My baby has a 25% chance of being born with cystic fibrosis if my husband is also a carrier. I have been crying in my bed not wanting to find out the sex. He called his mom and told her the story. She said that she and his dad aren't carriers. I feel better and finally stopped crying, but I'm not 100% convinced.

Do I wait to find out the sex of our baby now OR do I wait to get test results back confirming he's not a CF carrier too? I don't know if finding out the sex will cheer me up or make me feel worse. 😭
