Should I go to the hospital?

I'm 36wks 4days and I'm having menstrual like cramps...no bleeding or anything just these pains coming and going I have been having these for two days. Should I go to the hospital?

I've been having cramps my entire pregnancy, but my doctor said it's from not drinking enough water. Maybe see if that's why first?
