I was riding behind a van from my neighborhood all the way to town, 25 minutes away. This van was going the absolute speed limit and when we got into town he slowed down significantly. the person driving the truck I was in passed the van when the second lane opened up and then we saw why he was driving the way he was. The woman in the passenger seat was holding a little bitty baby wrapped up in a blanket. I couldn't see if there were seats in the back of the van or not but it was an older utility style van. I can't help but feel bad because on one hand I'm mad that they were driving without babes being in a car seat and on the other hand I feel bad that maybe they can't afford a car seat and I want to help them! They live in my neighborhood. I want to go to there house and offer help but then again I don't want to impose. Any ideas?
