Doctors appointment-what happens

First off I'm not positively pregnant, I've gotten faint lines, I'm posting here because you have been through this and maybe can help answer my question.

Ive gotten faint positives, but they haven't gotten any darker ( my moms did the same with all her kids)

I'm going for a urine test at the doctors office- what should I expect? Will I just pee in a cup and that it?

If it comes back negative, I'm going to ask for a blood test to be done- then what do I expect?

Will they do any exams? A Pap smear?
