SO wanting to leave

Current situation SO wants to move and just give up his 50/50 . Reason being his child doesn't ever want to come over our house . I keep telling him no where not doing that and he said what's the point of trying when my own child doesn't want to see me . I've tryed saying a lot of good reasons to stay and all he could say is he wants his child to be happy and if that makes him happy then that's what he will do .
