Give them the # or no??

Ok, so right now my husband live in my MIL's old home. She still owns it and we don't pay rent, but we would if she wanted us to. She just wants her son to have a place to live and us to take care of the home which we are. The home is a si gle wide and is falling apart. There is an empty lot next to it that my MIL's brother owns. He doesn't talk to the family much and he is hard to get in touch with. My MIL lives all the way in Oklahoma now and owns a house there. She told us we are house sitting for if she decides to move back here (Utah). My husband are trying to save up money to buy the home and land it's on and that lot so we can take down this home and put a new double wide on it or build a home. The lot is worth $15,000. We are working hard for this and now our neighbor is messaging me asking for my MIL's # so she can call and try and buy that lot so they can expand their farm they have going in their backyard. We are just barley starting out in life we are only 20 & 23 and my neighbors have more money than us. I don't want to give them her # because I don't want that lot sold to them since we are working so hard to get the money to buy it from our family. My husbands uncle is all about money though and would probably sell it to them, he doesn't even live in this state though. I am also worried that the lot may run on our already small property that our house is on and if they get it then we would have to give up that land and stuff. Should I still give my neighbors my MIL's # or no?
