What medicine can I take?

Does anyone know what I can take for a headache while pregnant? I have had a horrible headache for about 3 days. I've been resisting taking anything and have kept up with my temperature. It's been around 99.5- 100 but today has been at 98.4. I feel miserable and don't know what I can take. Any advice?

I find that if I rub Vicks on my temples then lay down, it sometimes makes my head feel better. At least temporarily. Tylenol is what you can take though:

Thanks to the advice guys. I went to the ER for my severe headache and vomiting and I was dehydrated so they gave me fluids and Tylenol 3 and in bed rest for 3 days which I think is crazy 😒

I had a awful headache for days, my doctor said try the Tylenol with caffeine. that didn't work so they called in reglan, said it was totally safe and that finally made it go away!!! Good luck to you!!
