ever since i got pregnant i constantly at afraid. today i had a melt down over the pizza because i was afraid the pizza man poisoned it or put something in it. is it reasonable to think that way??

That sounds like anxiety/panic disorder. It could be being brought on by the influx of hormones. Try to talk yourself out of it as much as you can. Hopefully it'll go away on its own.
