Feeding a 1 year old

Idk wat to feed my 1 year old she's so picky already I try to give her some of my food and she spits it out and won't eat it she has a milk allergic and throws up wen she eats anything wit milk in it. I feel such lik a bad mom her GI has her on the power milk.. thanks
