Since I'm pregnant and my LO is so close to being one we just started making him go to sleep on his own. Bath, bedtime story, give him a bottle and I leave.

It was heart breaking. I hated making him feel alone like that 💔 but he was asleep in under 15 minutes instead of the hour we usually spend rocking him and making sure he doesn't wake up and scream cause we're gone. And it was before 9:30?!

Omg if he could fall asleep at 9:00 every night that would be amazing!

I guess I'm guilt venting about how nice this would be even tho it's heart breaking
