Can't keep down anything

i am really sick and miserable I am SOOOO thirsty.. haven't been able to keep food and water down ... but i'm still trying to drink taking small sips. I want to go to the hospital but my mom refuses to take me cause the copay is 250 :( I am about to go crazy can anyone suggestion anything! I take reglan but it's not working!
