I noticed that after taking my prenatal pill I get a headache that lasts all day. I didn't take one yesterday bc I forgot and I had no headache. Is there any natural ways of relief I could try? I'm not big on smells bc I get nauseous easily. Has anyone tried any prescription prenatals that have helped? I'm close to banging my head against the wall. I'm also suffering from insomnia from this pregnancy. I take naps during the day when I'm exhausted. I've never had this before with my son either. I'm 7+2 weeks now.
