so a few days ago i noticed this cut or sore type of thing and just yesterday i noticed that when i peeped it stung and when i wiped it hurt even more. So i went down thete to look and surely enough i found something. Can anyone please help wlme with this to what it could be. I'm sexually active (the first picture is a few days ago and the second one was yesterday)
