Tips on being being healthier
Hey everyone I'm trying to lose weight I've lost about 12 so far my weight is 271. My goal is 250 before November but I've been walking I want to start actually exercising. I have really big arms and hardly no but and my stomach is fat. What excercises do y'all recommend. I don't go to a gym so they are going to be based at home. Can anyone give me any tips
