Mother-in-Law
Okay so I really need some help here.. so she's not my mother in law because we're not married YET. But, she's treating me like shit. Before my boyfriend and I decided we were going to start TTC we smoked pot. And yes of course we didn't tell his mother because we knew she would be pissed if she found out. So, about a month ago she got into my boyfriend truck after we had left and found his weed and other stuff. They weren't happy with me or him... which I can understand why. So his mom last Sunday asked for an apology from me, I didn't really know what to say so I sent her a text the next day (Monday). She read it probably about a half hour later. I never got a response back from her till Friday evening... yeah I was pretty disappointed that she couldn't make time to reply to an apology that she wanted. So I didn't reply back to her immediately. Also I'm not allowed over at their house and my boyfriend told her that he won't be there unless I'm there. So I would really believe that she would make an effort to make things right. Well that's not the case. My boyfriend went over there to help out with a few things and to talk to her. Well she asked if I was at work since I hadn't replied and I wasn't. And she started to get upset at the fact that I wasn't replying to her (just as she did to me). So my boyfriend tells her well you know she's probably upset cause you took almost a week to get back to her. So she goes well Screw her! I don't care if she ever comes back over here! Mind you that my boyfriend and I have been together for almost 4 years now. I've had a wonderful relationship with his family over the last few years and this is what I get repaid with. So my boyfriend left cause he didn't want to cause any other arguments with her. So she texted me and this is what she said.
I'm honestly totally appalled by the way she talked to me. She has always been very nice and she always told me I was like a daughter to her. So this is pretty heartbreaking. Please please leave me some comments or suggestions. Anything helps.. Thank you so much.
