Yes but no?

I am two days late today according to another app, according to glow im one day late.. I'm usually regular, I haven't gotten my period and I'm super scared to take a pregnancy test . I don't want to be disappointed 😔, I'm getting lower back cramps and nausea, extremely bad hot flashes, but I don't know cause I know those symptoms can also be PMS .. my nipples were tender and I threw up last night, I just down really know cause when you think your pregnant you start forcing these symptoms on you.. please prayers I hope I am I will test in Two days.. hopefully AF doesn't come visit!!
