Help π«π«π«
I am MISERABLE. 35 weeks pregnant and I cannot sleep for the life of me.
I have never missed sleeping on my stomach more than when I CANNOT.
If I lay on my back, I can't breathe.
If I lay on my side(s), my hips burn.
If I lay at a 45 degree angle on my back, (imagine a recliner) I can breathe but my tailbone burns.
I've been sleeping on the couch for the last month or two because it's easier to adjust here than the bed.
There is NO comfortable position and it's seriously affecting me and I'm just getting more and more pissed.
Help please. I will take ANY suggestions.
*I have a pregnancy pillow, it doesn't help at all.
I've tried elevating myself in different positions with pillows and it helps a little but not much.
I've done stretches and it helps up until I have to apply pressure to my hips/tailbone again.
