Misscarriage??

So here's my story... I found out I was pregnant and it was confirmed by and blood and urine test. I went to my first ultrasound appointment on August 2nd amd it showed I was 5 weeks. I went back in 2 weeks, August 16th.. for a reconformation and it only said I was 6 weeks when I should have been 7, but there was a fetal pole but no heartbeat. The doctor said it may or may not be a good pregnancy and I should come back in 1 week and see what happens, so I did. On August 23rd my ultrasound barely showed anything and still no heartbeat
