This is my first pregnancy and I'm scared to death something will go awful. Tonight I was getting off the couch and got a super sharp pain on my right side, probably closer to the middle of my abdomen rather than the pelvic region. No bleeding but still had me doubled over for a minute! Placenta is in front so I have difficulty feeling every movement anyway. Is this pain normal? It went away but could it have been something bad happening?
