Yes, definitely. I have panic disorder and I definitely avoid all caffeinated things.. I even use pamprin instead of midol because I'm so sensitive to caffeine.

I stopped drinking them for that exact reason. They triggered my anxiety and I would be anxious all day. Plus, my dad got me to quit by pouring a redbull out on the hot pavement, it turned into tar and that's when I knew I couldn't put that stuff in my system anymore lol
