haemorrhoid problem!! TMI

back passage blood?? every time i go to the toilet for a #2 (sorry!) i bleed this much when i wipe and it drops into the toilet. the pain is unbearable and i dread having to go to the toilet!! i had an examination and they said i have one small haemorrhoid and anal fissures, but is this to be expected with them? sorry about the tmi!!
