Crazy heat in LA.

I'm supposed to go to Universal Studios Hollywood on Tuesday - and it's going to be hot as hell...literally. 104 that day. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and now I'm terrified of going (I was going mainly for the shows and food, not for rides). I had made plans with a friend but I'm worried of overheating. Should I play it safe and not go? Maybe I can just be there in the morning or in the evening? I don't want to bail on my friend, since she already has tickets, but I don't want to risk overheating either.
