Is this baby acne ?

My little one is 3 weeks old and has had this rash for a few days. Some days it looks worse than others and its spreading so fast. Its also on her neck , above chest and this morning I noticed a few at the top of her back. Is this baby acne or something else and what can I do to help it go away ? Thanks

Yes. Both my kids had trouble with that. I know you are getting tons of advice, but I'll just tell you what worked for me. I honestly took a little water and added baking soda. Dabbed it on my baby's face with a cotton ball or something really soft and let it air dry. Took care of it really fast. Moisturized with Almond oil.

It just looks like baby acne to me but if it is bothering your baby then id ask a DR. My daughter had it bad around 3 or 4 weeks with acne it looked so dry and sore but didnt annoy her at all, i tried everything but it eventually went away on its own lol

I *gently* washed my son's face with a washcloth with water on it every morning when he woke up to get any residual milk or oil off of it. And then at our next feeding and throughout the day, I put fresh breast milk on the spots, let it air dry and his baby acne disappeared in a week. However, most infants do get baby acne and most infants get rid of it by the 4-6 week mark. It usually gets worse before it gets better. Your LO's acne is much worse than my son's was so I hope this still helps! Good luck!

Looks like it is... has baby been scratching at it? If so it could be something different. Baby acne shouldn't bother the baby. Put coconut oil on it- I usually did it over night or right wife nap time and it cleared up in a day or two

Just to let you all know I took her to the doctor and he confirmed it is in fact baby acne. He's given me a moisturiser which I'm applying daily after bath time. Said it will clear up in its own time. Could be days, weeks or months. Thanks for all your advice ladies !!!

Baby's skin seems to be getting worse. I've been washing twice a day with cooled boiled water ... I've tried Breast milk too. Now she seems to have developed the rash all over her neck , behind her ears and chest 😞 I feel so bad for her she seems quite irritated now , think this heat is making it worse as think she's developed heat rash on top too ...
