Nauseous and throwing up at 23 weeks

Anyone still nauseous and throwing up at 23 weeks? I thought this part was over but within the last two weeks , I've gagged and threw up at least twice a week. Every time I brush my teeth I gag. If I eat anything like barbecue sauce , any type of spice, more vomiting....I was on a med for my nauseousness but it seems like it stopped working . Wondering should I try to go back and get another med ? And I've definitely been drinking wayyyyy more water so I'm kinda confused. This may be a stupid question to some but this is my first pregnancy so I'm still learning along the way. Any tips will be appreciated . Xoxo
