Ovulation tests/Fertility products use

How many of you use ovulation tests and fertility products. Me and my partner have been trying for a while and it seems like we're getting nowhere. We both long hours and I'm not always in the mood. Starting using ovulation tests this month but didn't seem to get the result I wanted on the recommend days. We have tried the trying for a baby pills that can be found in normal pharmacies and they didn't work so we gave up on them. Is there anything you ladies would recommend I'm forever seeing my family and friends getting pregnant and it's bringing me right down. PLEASE GIVE A GIRL A HELP OUT.
