How am I supposed to birth a WHOLE human? 🤔

Y'all. Sometimes I can't get my BM's out because of the pain. How in the HELL am I supposed to push out a baby? If you've gone through the delivery process before please share because the more I think about this child coming the more nervous I get.

I had my first at seventeen and I was so nervous. I watched a lot of birthing shows to see a wide variety of experiences. I'm deathly afraid of needles and decided I wanted to go all natural. Well the decision was out of my hands when the time came anyway because both my children's labor and deliveries were to fast.
Like a previous commenter said, once your body is ready it just kind of takes over. To be honest it always felt really good to be pushing and I equate both my natural births to nothing more then some burning pain, like shaving your lady parts and knocking yourself/then getting soap in the cut. Afterwards I had such an adrenaline rush and was so ecstatic to have my babies, I forgot about the pain. But everyone is different and has different levels of pain and how they handle it. The only thing for sure is remind yourself we women are made to have babies and when the time comes (even if you're still scared) your instincts won't lead you wrong. Try to stay as calm as possible and work on breathing exercises before labor.. something I didn't do with either babies and am going to try hard with this one! Lol

Well, I had an epidural so I couldn't feel a damn thing, but I will say...contractions are worse than the actual delivery. Delivery was such a relief especially once they're head is out they just slide right out after. It's not as bad as I hyped it up to be. I'm actually excited about giving birth this time around because I know a little more of what to expect.

It's not like a painful bm! I have honestly stopped a bm and thought you know what, itsjust not worth it. Doesn't happen in childbirth. Once you get to the point of pushing it just happens and there's nothing you can do about it. That said, it's not as bad as you would think. I had my daughter with just gas and air and pethidine (I bawl when I have my eyebrows done so clearly no pain threshold!) 
I was terrified before I had her so I'm really not one of these women who thinks oh it's fine there's no choice. You won't relax about it but just try reassure yourself that babies come out of vaginas everyday and it will be fine.
