So I moved into a new home 6 months ago. Recently this has appeared on my kitchen wall could someone tell me what this is? My landlord is useless and dosnt seem to bother

that panel is covering either the water heater or some kind of pipes that is water damage. which can turn into mold which would deem the house unlivable where I'm from you tell ur landlord the walls are getting wet and they have to fix it other wise contact the city with an unlivable home thingy so he or she will be forced to fix it.
