Do you tell your employer when you are TTC?
My husband and I are having the baby talk but we still are waiting a bit before trying, probably at least a year. Do you tell your employer that you plan to becoming pregnant or do you just wait and tell them when you are pregnant? I work in a small office totaling five people and maternity leave might be a challenging time for my boss. I'm nervous to bring up (down the road) that I'm wanting to have kids soon.
