I'm a ftm and I'm 38+5, so now I'm at the point where I'm checking for mucus plug contractions etc, but I genuinely have no idea what I'm doing for one I have no idea if I've lost my mucus plug or not and when I should be loosing it also contractions, I get the odd few period pains but other than that I wouldn't know if any other pain is just a normal pregnancy pain or of it's a early sign! I feel really stupid like I'm the only person who doesn't know these things! 🤦🏼‍♀️
