my SO and I just got finish having intercourse and after we were done he noticed I was extremely wet (36weeks pregnant tomorrow btw) I got up and fluid started dripping down my leg I thought it was pee but it wasn't then as I was walking to the bathroom more fluid came out and then I sat on the toilet and peed I don't feel any pain but idk if I should go in to the hospital more fluid came out again when I got back to the room. Did my water just break ?

Btw I'm no where near my doctors I'm about an hour away so can I just go to a hospital around me
