When to go to L&D

I've had on and off cramping all day so I'm wondering when I should go get checked? It feels like period cramps in my pelvic area and lower back. Ftm here and only 36 weeks.

I'm starting to time contractions too. They hurt in my extreme lower back almost like I have to poo really bad, in the front and down my legs. 😩

They could Braxton Hicks. Have you been timing them?

You can always call your doctor. Even if he isn't available, you can talk to a nurse and they can advise you on what to do.
