Sex beginning labor??

Has anyone had sex & it begin labor? Just curious the past 2 times I've had sex which was yesterday & tonight I've had contractions. I've always heard "They say sex but it doesn't really work." Just curious if anyone has started labor after sex?

Yes. It most definitely helped with my second. I noticed I was in labor immediately after sex. I had my daughter ~2 hours later. Barely made it to the hospital in time.

it does help! the semen is a natural cause to soften and thin the cervix. a bit like a membrane sweep!
