Canned tuna ?

I've been craving some canned tuna but want to know if it would be healthy for me and baby. I've heard people say it's fine to eat and others saying to avoid it. Can anybody inform me more?

Canned tuna is very high in Mercury. I don't eat it when I'm NOT pregant. I stick with herring or sardines. Typically the smaller the fish, the less Mercury.

It's absolutely fine just so long as you don't eat loads. In the UK it's 3tins a week or less, but check what the recommended amount is if you're in the US as the canning process or sizes might be different.
