I take 25 mg of B6 in the morning, 25 mg of B6 and half a unisom in the afternoon, and 25 mg of B6 and half a unisom at night. It takes the edge off my severe, day-long nausea, but doesn't get rid of it. However, it's a huge relief for me.

I used to, but the Unisom didn't help me sleep and I was never that nauseous so I quit. I was on Trazodone for sleep so OTC does nothing for me. 😞
