Membrane sweep pain (38 weeks) 😩

I just had a membrane sweep today and let me start off by saying OUCH! I was only a tight 1cm and my cervix was still hard and the doctor told me it was gonna be painful but I got it anyway. I have been hurting all day cramping and contracting and can barely walk. If I could go back I would have not had it done but I was ready to meet my son. Big mistake 😐
