Bleeding a week and a half after period?

I woke up this morning and noticed that I had bleed overnight through my panties. (TMI) I ended my period on the 18th and now I'm bleeding again. I am not sexually active so I know I'm not pregnant. It could be stress but I haven't been stressed lately. I'm worried as to what this could be. What could it be?
