Did you get the vaccine for tetanus?

I'll be getting the Tdap in three weeks when I'm 28 weeks. To quote my OB, "they can die" in reference to my twins and asking if my husband and in-laws needed to get it as well. Yes. The CDC website has more info on it or you can ask your doctor for a pamphlet. Tetanus, Diptheria and Pertussis  (Whooping Cough).

My husband, parents, best friend and I all got the TDAP shot to protect against Pertussis (whooping cough). The shot also has a tetanus vaccine, so yes, but we mainly did it for the whooping cough vaccine. Whooping cough kills plenty of children (most under 3 months) every year, and I'm not willing to gamble with my sons life!

Get the TDAP! It's a life savor to your baby. If you've ever seen an infant with whooping cough, you'll understand. You and your partner and anyone who will be around baby regularly need it. If they don't have insurance its10$ at health dept. I think Walmart even does it for cheap too.

It's part of the tdap vaccine that contains whooping cough. So, if people got the whooping cough vaccine, they also got tetanus.

I routinely get Titers of my vaccines and stay up to date.... I would get TdAP, most assuredly.
