I've never heard specifically of a Keto pregnancy diet - but I was doing Keto for two years and am currently pregnant, hence got pregnant while on it. I do not follow Keto so much now though, i eat more balanced for the baby. This is not to say Keto is bad while pregnant, I just choose a more balanced approach (though my carbs still quite low).
