I have been friends with this guy for years, and we are pretty close. He was dating a friend of mine before and when they broke up, we almost got together but it never worked out. now, he is dating a different girl but I have never met her. fast forward, he just started nursing school a year behind me and asked for my help with the first semester. I agreed, and he texted me a lot the first week of school to meet up so we could talk about school. today was his first test and I texted him last night to wish him good luck. I said, "good luck on your test tomorrow, let me know how it goes." (I deleted the message before shit hit the fan lol) I got this reply:

Am I wrong in saying this girl was unnecessarily rude?

Some girls find it necessary to "mark" their territory. A bit rude yes, but don't be bothered by it.

She sounds controlling honestly. I've never in the almost 2 years texted someone for my bf from his phone or even read his messages. that's his phone why would I need to text ppl for him? he's a grown man and can text shit himself

She sounds a little crazy to be honest. But l wouldn't take it personal. He'll either eventually realize she's controlling and they'll break up, or you won't get to hangout with your friend as much. Idk, personally l wouldn't go out of my way to talk to him often (to purposely annoy her), but l wouldn't drop being his friend either.

He needs to talk to her. My boyfriend also got mad whenever I asked someone (specifically males that are my friends from high school) about an assignment or a test if we have the same class and professor but different times. I told him it was for school only and that I wouldnt even talk to them if it wasn't for my own benefit and probably mutual too. I once got paired in a group of 4 males and he was mad too when I wouldn't reply because I was busy working on our final. He understood and hasn't gotten mad since. He knows I'm only trying to do good and stuff. 
But don't be surprised if things like this happen, it's really up to him to have a talk with her. Some people are jealous or insecure or worried or even bitchy.
