Spoon feeding??

Question

Is anyone trying to let their little ones try to feed them self yet? I just tried today foe the first time today and he did ok... once he got bored with the spoon he just used his hands! Lol

Mine just wants to throw the spoon on the ground or use it to fling food across the room 🙄

Yes mine insists on using her own spoon- won't let me spoon feed her at all. I do help her guide her hand tho. its messy!

Mine has started to refuse to let me feed her. She has to do it herself or she just won't eat. Luckily she will at least let me help her put food on the spoon or fork sometimes after she struggles with it for awhile. Independent little lady 🙄

Yes, he loves to use the spoon and fork but he still uses his hands too :)

Mine won't even touch his spoon. I gave him his yoghurt and spoon and showed him what to do but he looked at me and screamed and refused to try. Finger foods are fine just this he won't do..not going to push it but has anyone got any ideas that would help :)

Yep.  She always has her own fork or spoon.  Not everything gets eaten with them but she gets better every meal.
