Could I sue for doctor "forgetting" to mention that I have placenta previa?

Almost two weeks ago at an anatomy scan, doctor mentioned low amniotic fluid and her concerns because I was only 18 weeks at the time.

This past 4:30 am Monday at 19w5d my water broke. After struggling with L&D; over the phone I go to the ER and am immediately transferred to L&D.; By 8:30 the same doctor comes in and says "so about your previa", WHAT?!

And she goes oh it must have slipped my mind to tell you because of you low amniotic fluid. BITCH NOW I HAVE NO AMNIOTIC FLUID!

I feel like this was completely negligent on her part considering the previa is why I went into preterm labor which caused my water to break. Thankful I didn't go into full blown labor but my baby and I are at such a risk for so many issues even more so now.
