Painful Cramps after sex

Recently, I have been experiencing painful cramps after having sex. They are even worse than period cramps, to the point where one time I could not move . I asked my docter about it & She said it's from my cervix being hit. However, I have been careful and haven't been having "rough" sex. Yet, It still hurts . Has anyone else experienced this ?
