Early GD or type 2
So I'm pregnant with my second, and I'm 13 weeks, and they told me I would need to take an early glucose test at my next appointment. No surprises there, but then the resident informs me that if I fail the glucose test at 15 weeks, it's because I had type 2 diabetes all along. Has anyone else heard this? I am disturbed. Thanks for your input.
