Can I go to the gym with Vans?

They are skate shoes but I don't have any other with me atm and I want to go gym with my bf for this week.. it would be a bit awkward tho wouldn't it?

If you're doing weights like deadlifts and squatting, then vans are good because they're flat. But if you're doing cardio then not so much..

If you're doing cardio no if you're doing weights then its fine. You don't want flat shoes for cardio though
