My nipples been sore lately and..?

So the past week my nipples been hurting. It feels like an infant just sucking on your nipples and slightly pinching and making your nipple numb to the point where it hurts. Yesterday before my shower I squeezed my nipples just to see if they were hurting for a reason, and white stuff came out. Not like milk but it was like lotion & They still hurt. What the hell? Im not pregnant that I know of. I mean I just took a test like a few weeks ago. im TTC and 5DPO.
